A Warm Welcome to the School Year!

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I am Jennifer Melendrez, and I am immensely proud and enthusiastic to extend a warm welcome to all of you as the Principal of Rosalind Franklin STEM Elementary, home of the RAVENS!

With 19 years in education, I have served as a Bilingual Teacher, Instructional Coach, High-Cap Bilingual Teacher, Spanish Reading Interventionist, Behavior Interventionist, and Assistant Principal. These roles have given me a deep understanding of education, and I am excited to begin this new chapter with you all.

At Rosalind Franklin STEM, our mission is clear: to ignite a love for learning, foster innovative thinking, and inspire a positive impact on our global community. Our dedicated educators believe in every student's potential for greatness and are committed to supporting them every step of the way.

As we prepare for the 21st Century, I am proud to be part of the Franklin STEM family. Together, we will provide our students with the knowledge, skills, and experiences they need to thrive in an ever-changing world. Let’s make this school year memorable and transformative for our students.
